Happy second night of Hanukkah!!

From rikki and her present.

Slanted press..

The article made no mention of the shopping bag full of "goodies" the hosts provided — along with one tube of Chinese medicinal Yunnan Baiyao toothpaste!

Here we are in the Chinese press...

Rikki Panrae and me and about 28 other families, two minions, two Singtao newspaper cover girls, and some consulate staff…

My companion ... Custard

There's a camp sleepover tomorrow, so Rikki gave me her bear, Custard, so I don't get too lonely.

I owe you one

We were going out to eat and I picked a Greek place. Rikki complained that she wanted to go somewhere else, a noodle place. I told her that was the decision for that night, but she could pick the next time we went out to eat. On the way to the Greek place we passed my friend Denis walking into a taqueria. He invited is to join him, so we decided to. After ordering our food, Rikki looked at me and said, "Mom, I owe you one!" Then she added, "What does that mean, 'I owe you one'?"
